I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were superb with a lovely 4 poster bed, a great evening beer selection, and a fantastic choice of drinks. The highlight was the superb breakfast overlooking the river. However, the service at breakfast was lacklustre. The location in the pretty dales village of Kettlewell was fantastic, offering a wonderful place to relax with a drink. The dining experience was a real letdown, with poorly cooked food and chaotic service from foreign staff. Despite these ups and downs, the overall experience was memorable and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning in the pretty village of Kettlewell, offering excellent rest and relaxation right in the middle of the dales. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, overlooking the stone bridge. The service is top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining experience could be improved with slightly more varied options. The hotel facilities are convenient and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms need a thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom, and the four-poster bed was unsteady with unsightly drapes. On the bright side, the twin beds were comfortable despite occupying a significant portion of the room.
